This group accommodation in Culburra is a small seaside town and a popular holiday, fishing and surfing location. Local industries include oysters, shrimp, and prawns.
The beaches are patrolled during the summer holiday period and are located on either side of Penguin Head face in different directions, providing a variety of surf conditions for board riders, swimmers, body surfers, and families with young children. A wide variety of Culburra is situated to the east of Nowra and the towns of Greenwell Point and Callala Bay are only 10 min away. Surrounded by two lakes and 2 surf beaches, Culburra has become a deservedly popular tourist destination. Unlike other towns, Culburra has remained small and relatively untouched and yet has the convenience of a full-size Woolworths tucked away at the back of the main strip of shops. Dining out options are a select few however the Little Snapper restaurant is worth booking into and Loco Lane is new and open on weekends for the Mexican vibe and cocktails. Otherwise is kind of cool just to hang at the beach house and not leave. The activities in the area are mainly comprised of surfing, fishing, walking, kayaking, exploring all the towns in the region, and further down the coast diving, whale watching, and ocean fishing.
Walking to the beach is a stroll through the gate onto the beach, however, if you need to go to the shops it's a 15-20min walk or 2 min car ride.

Cancellation Policy
Things happen and plans change, if you need to cancel or change your dates get in touch straight away, and if it's outside 30 days then a refund is available less a 10% service fee. If it's within 30 days then we will do our best to rebook the dates so you get a refund (less 10%) or full credit for another stay.
And for your peace of mind, our cancellation policy for Corona Virus or any other natural disasters such as fire or flood is; if you cannot physically get to the property because the roads are closed or there is travel advice stating that you cannot travel to the area where the property is located then we offer credits, for everything else our normal policy applies.
House rules​
Parties are not allowed, and we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and show respect to our neighbors. Pets are not permitted, but relaxation and a great time are absolutely encouraged! To help ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone, we appreciate your cooperation with these house rules.
